Schedule board meetings as well as any special meetings called by the president or board of directors, mail board packets, and arrange for meeting space.
   


Attend and record minutes of board and special meetings.
 


Conduct annual balloting for officers and directors.


Management/leadership seminars as directed by the board using members or other resources.


Provide in-house boardroom for up to 12 board members.
 


Provide new board member orientation.
